To our esteemed partners, colleagues, and friends:

On behalf of the Ozean Group, I am proud to announce the winner of our Quantum Gardens urban design competition and the launch of the Q.AX Quantum and AI Experience Center! On April 18th, Minister President Kretschmann and I presided over a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of the Q.AX, a first-of-its-kind center for Quantum and AI research, education, collaboration, meetings and events.

A “Lighthouse Project” for the Region

A “Lighthouse Project” for the Region In his remarks at the opening ceremony minister-president Winifried Kretschmann of Baden Württemberg referred to Quantum Gardens as a “Lighthouse Project with which we can set standards for the future”.

Q.AX is the first of many milestones in the Quantum Gardens development, a future-focused Live, Work, Play community at the site of Europe’s fastest computer, IBM Quantum System One. At the Q.AX launch event, Ozean Group publicly announced the winning concept design for Quantum Gardens. Created by renowned Tübingen architecture firm Hähnig und Gemmeke, the design concept for Quantum Gardens includes more than 140.000 m² of buildable area of residential, commercial, retail, and amenity space, in addition to a large amount of green landscape.
